Shipping & Delivery Policy

At The Jersey Addict, we know the anticipation of getting a new jersey is real. We work daily to ensure your order reaches your hands as quickly and safely as possible.

Below, we detail our entire logistics process so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Processing Time

All orders go through strict quality control before being shipped. The processing time (picking, verifying, and packing) takes between 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that this time is not included in the estimated shipping time.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We work with top-tier global suppliers to bring you the most exclusive models. After processing, average delivery times vary by destination:

Destination Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days) Final Local Carrier
Europe (EU & UK) 7 to 12 business days Local Post (e.g., CTT, Royal Mail, La Poste)
United States & Canada 10 to 15 business days USPS / Canada Post
Oceania & Asia 10 to 20 business days Australia Post / Local Post
Middle East 10 to 20 business days Local Post / Courier

Please note: The timeframes indicated are average estimates. External factors such as customs delays, local holidays, or carrier strikes may affect the final delivery timeframe.

3. How Tracking Works (Important!)

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

The International Transit Gap: Because our jerseys travel from international distribution centers, it is perfectly normal for your tracking code not to show updates for the first 6 to 10 days. This happens because the package is in air transit and waiting to clear customs in the destination country. As soon as it lands in your country and passes customs, the tracking will update rapidly with the exact delivery date to your address. Rest assured, your jersey is safely on its way!

4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure the shipping address is completely accurate at checkout. The Jersey Addict is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses, incomplete information, or the recipient's absence. If a package is returned to us for these reasons, the cost of reshipping will be the customer's responsibility.

5. Customs Fees and Taxes

For most shipments to the European Union and the USA, taxes are already handled at the origin. However, in rare cases or for certain international shipments, the order may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes. These fees, should they occur, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
